Comfort Keepers Home Care - Comfort Creepers, by far the absolute worst
When she showed up the caregiver was polite. That is the only nice thing I can say.
My disabled father has been stood up by this company numerous times, and most of the time without a call to let us make other arrangements. The office staff is very unprofessional and will never call back. Just yesterday he called to ask where the caregiver was. The person told him nobody was coming and hung up.
Nobody showed up again today so I had to *** work and care for him myself. I cannot express enough how this company has stressed me out with the no-shows and unprofessionalism they have shown.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
