I have a complaint a care giver that works in Las Cruces. Her first name is Maria.

She is suppose to care for Ronald Weinrick also in Las Cruces. Instead of taking care of taking care of Ron she sits with him maybe a half an hour total during the time she is at the house. Otherwise she is with his brother Marvin.

On the night of July second she came into the house sat her things down then spent the night (until after midnight, minus a few minutes putting Ron to bed) with Marvin.

Please make sure she understands what her job is. Thank you.

I had an all day provider scheduled for a Saturday, I asked twice who would be coming, never got an answer and no one showed up. I was told by one person our claims had been submitted to insurance, and told by another they didn't have our insurance info. Poor communication and unreliable.

I HAVE A LOT OF ITEMS MISSING, NOBODY ELSE HAD ACCESS TO THE GARAGE WHERE THEY WERE STORED! KIMBERLY, A CAREGIVER FOR COMFORT KEEPERS IN PALOS HILLS IL, WAS HIRED TO FABRICATE LIES AND DISTORTIONS ABOUT ME!

AFTER THAT, SHE WAS AWARE OF THE LOCATION AT WHICH I HAD STORED MY BELONGINGS!

SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD HAVE GOTTEN ACCESSIBILITY TO THE GARAGE WHERE THESE ITEMS WERE STORED! IT IS FOR THIS REASON THAT I SUSPECT THAT SHE TOOK MY BELONGINGS!

I use to work for comfort keepers. They don't care about there clients just money hungry.

The cheat there clients like *** Half of the clients don't want to be there. Crystal the so called supervisor is very disrespectful and rude. She only nice when she want you to do something. I wouldn't recommend nobody to take there love ones there.

She just a trailer trash supervisor who think she's a boss. She's corny.

Inconsistent service. Lies, lies and more lies!

Very unprofessional, poor communication and service. Lied about availability of caregivers. Inexperienced staff and a new owner that came out to my home and lied through her teeth. Never showed up or called me on my last day with them.

Find another company if you dont need anymore heart aches and headaches. I wouldnt recommend them to sit with a dead dog!

My experience with Comfort Keepers has been a positive one. The 2 aides I use are professional, caring, always on time and very compassionate with my husband.

The insulting tone, demeaning, attitude demonstrated shows the true lack of value for his business or for a client. This franchise answers their phone with "how can we make you smile today AND then when talking with the "owner?" he berated, insulted and was yelling over the phone.

A total loss of his control by speaking without pause for breath and talking while I was talking then telling me the client to shut up and listen to HIM! I like the care provided to meet my needs and have no issues with any of their employees. BUT THIS LOUDMOUTH BUMPTIOUS *** should be disenfranchised if that could happen.

He obviously is in a position which he is incapable

of handling. A really "black eye" for Comfort keepers.

no aid is coming on weekend inspite of someone assigned on these days . Poor managment and service .

The Beachwood office has incompetent , unprofessional and Rude lady i complained before but the Owner does not care . They are lazy to provide care to my father . We are regret to have this company

I have been working there for 6 months. i have dealt with rude staff members false information for the clients i had.

there pay sucks they get there hours wrong. they hire people have a record and who are not responsible. i had a client who had bruises from the other caregiver she had the day before. they have worked me hours on end and wanted me to cover overnights after working all day and having clients right after that.

They don't care if your car breaks down. i had the stomach flu and they still wanted me to work with my clients. they like to put random people on your schedule without your consent. there staff is unexceptionable they haven't paid my gas for going out of town.

there communication sucks they refuse to let you know whats going on with your clients. i worked from 6 am to some times 11:00 pm and when i got my check they had paid me for only 15 hours.

i don't see how this company is still in business. for the past 6 months my checks have only been 100.00.

I work for Confort Keepers out of Youngstown Ohio thier the worst they pay 9 he and give you 27 hrs a week and five days not including 30 min rides 30-60 miles a day on your car.. My transmission blew coming home from work and I got a new car they pout me back on the schedule 25 hrs five different days I'm using pamper money for gas..

I want to quit but I love what I do so I'm just looking for a good job.. I'm a cna and this has been the worst paying job and the most horrible hrs I ever seen..

Terrible terrible. Not having coverage for all hours.

If u can’t handle all the hours then DONT take the case. When clients need the help your suppose to be there to help. Nit making excuses or not sending no one out. Poor excuse for a home health agency.

All it is is lies after lies. It’s uncalled for. Tired of hearing we are hiring. Give us a week.

That week passes. Give us a week. That went on for a month.

Then saying we r hiring. Never ever had all my hours.
